How Jeanette and Jonas Met
Jeanette and Jonas met for the first time 8 years ago, performing together in the Neil Diamond Tribute band, "Nearly Neil" ....and in the Rock-Musical Comedy, "The Shagadelic Swingers, Baby Yeah". As the years passed, these two band mates turned into great friends. They began song-writing together and discovered a powerful musical and creative connection.
In 2003 Jeanette and Jonas founded Moon Coin Productions, a young and vibrant Entertainment Corporation, encompassing many areas of the entertainment world, including, live stage production, music composition, music publishing, television, film, internet, artist development/management, and studio production/recording through our own label, Moon Coin Records.
Jonas and Jeanette first stage production endeavor began about six years ago, when they created "ABBA Cadabra". Since that time, they have written & produced four additional stage productions The "RnB" Icons" (a tribute to the RnB greats), The RETRO DIVA's, and "The Moon Coin Hippie Review" (which creates the "Wood Stock" Experience).
Jonas & Jeanette have co-written numerous songs together and have been busy for the past year recording their collection of original material in Studios in Vancouver & Montreal, with a brilliant Producer by the name of Sylvain Boucher. They have completed 10 songs so far. The styles of the songs range from pop, dance, RnB,
New-Age, Inspirational and Rock. One of their latest recordings, "Becoming", is a dedication to the Vancouver 2010 Olympics.
Jonas & Jeanette's latest endevour is a massive international networking site for musicians and song-writers to connect with each other, market themselves on-line and sell their music to the world. CHECKOUTMYTUNES.COM
