RED - Lead & Background Vocals
Since the age of seven, Red has been training hard as a technically-accomplished singer and songwriter. From then until the end of her senior year of secondary school, she was involved in every choir, band and musical she could hack her way into, earning a string of service and fine art awards, including the Eric Hamber Fine Arts Award for her achievements in contribution to the school’s musical and theatrical community, the only such recognition awarded in her graduating class. Upon leaving high school, Red commenced an intensive 2-year Classical Voice program at Capilano College in North Vancouver. Departing college, Red promptly immersed herself in a wide array of musical endeavours: free-style hip-hop, pure folk and semi-professional chamber music with The Laudate Singers. All the while, she wrote – honing her guitar skills, telling stories set to music and beginning her demo recordings. Red was cast as an artist in a reality documentary called "We Rock" with her band, Rev.Zero. It was an intimate look over the shoulder of musicians as they sought commercial and creative success. Since that time, she completed an acoustic EP, began to write a full length album and collaborates with numerous local musicians. She is in high demand for studio work, collaborations and guidance from her peers in the music community. Moon Coin Productions is thrilled to have this fine talent as a Lead Performer in The Moon Coin Hippie Revival, as well as a Background Vocalist in The RnB ICONS!

Kylee’s original music has already received extensive radio play on the West Coast, and she has recently been collaborating with Universal Music’s Joel Parkes on numerous Television and Movie Soundtracks. Now, at the remarkable age of 21, Kylee is already an accomplished recording artist, stage-performer and song-writer. She is forging ahead with her new original album, due to be released later this year. In addition to performing and touring with world renowned entertainer Bobby Bruce (AKA Nearly Neil) for over five years, Toshi also enjoyed 2 years on stage playing the role of Random Task in the hilarious Austin Powers stage production “The Shagadelic Swingers Baby Yeah” with Proud & Pennyless Productions. He is now an intricate part of The Moon Coin Productions team, playing percussion, guitar, singing, dancing and acting in The Retro Diva's, The Moon Coin Hippie Revival, The RnB ICONS, The Shania Experience, Kindness Rocks and ABBA-Cadabra. Sam Torrance - Flute/ Guitar & Vocals
Sam was raised in a somewhat musical home (Mom and Dad Scottish Singers and Piper) and was continually exposed to 60's, 70's Rock being the youngest of five kids. Formal music started in grade seven band with Sam choosing flute in order to emulate his hero Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull). After high school and after picking up the guitar he threw caution to the wind and toured full time with a mostly original rock band which was able to record two albums (one signed). Conventional (get a real job) career took some priority and Sam became a power engineer and electrician all the while continuing in week-end bands. In 1998 he co-founded a unique Zydeco/Roots band Bijoux du Bayou which survives today, amazingly. Full time music persuits and other positive stuff like Bio-Diesel Co-op, third world charities keep it hoppin' but Sam finds it very, very Groovy baby (couldn't resist) to be a part of the "Hippie Revival" where he gets to trip out on guitar, flute and vocals. Oh yeah, Sam also subs into "Abba Cadabra."
